Advert100 designer Elizabeth Graziolo of Yellow Household Architects created design unit 2501, a house with three bedrooms, a few baths, and a corner terrace with views of the downtown skyline and over and above. French architect and designer Cyril Vergniol handled the other product unit’s interiors, which attribute sophisticated and modern touches. Vergniol collaborated with neighborhood gallery Maison Gerard to insert a mix of French, European, and American household furniture and lights with “an understated luxurious and perception of balance.”

Artwork, sculptures, and paintings located in the design device were selected from the Leila Heller Gallery.
