The set layout is based on the plan of the elements—earth, h2o, fireplace, and air, all of which are represented in our show—and the idea of a ghost story. The Magic formula Backyard garden is about regeneration, and we desired those people components to be at the heart of the layout. So, the exhibit is framed by this sculptural swirl—which suggests a gust of air—and we populate the room with many objects to consider us to diverse locations. In this impression, we are in the garden, right before it has been introduced back to everyday living. It truly is however dormant and has just been found out by Mary. A big sunlight hangs upstage, which gently resembles the rings of a tree, casting light-weight via the wrought-iron tree that is the symbol of the back garden, and the garden door sits downstage left.”
